This is my last will and testament I Edward Pottrell of Borrers Farm Crawley Down in the County of Sussex do hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions made by me and declare this to be my last will and testament I appoint John Pottrell Jessopp of London & county Bank Beckenham to the Executor and Trustee of this my will I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as convenient after my decease. I bequeath the following legacies I devise and bequeth all my real and personal estate not hereby otherwise disposed of unto my sister Mrs Sarah Jessopp of Braintree Essex my reason for making this Will is that I am the only surviving trustee under my sisters marriage settlement my cotrustees E S and W S Spencer being dead. In Witness whereof I have set my hand to this my will the 29th day of June 1902 Edward Pottrell Signed by the above named Edward Pottrell as his last will in the presence of us both being present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. Be it known that Edward Pottrell of Borrers Farm Crawley Down in the county of Sussex died on the 30th day of January 1914 at Holmdale Highfield Road Worthing Sussex and be it further known that the date hereunder written the last Will and testament of the said deceased was proved and registered in the Principal Probate Registry of His Majesty's High Court of Justice and that administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid court to John Pottrell Jessopp of Hitchin in the county of Hertford bank manager nephew the sole executor named in the said Will. dated 1st day of July 1914 Gross value of estate: £1 = 0 = 0 Net value of estate: £" = " = "
