This is my last Will and testament I Fanny Eliza Pottrell of Holmdale Highfield Road Farring Worthing in the county of Sussex do hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions made by me and declare this to be my last will and testament I appoint John Pottrell Jessopp of Hitchin Herts Sarah Pottrell Jessopp of Braintree Essex to be the executors and trustees of this my will I direct that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses shall be paid as soon as convenient after my decease. I bequeath the following legacies. I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate not hereby otherwise disposed of unto my niece Sarah Pottrell Jessopp my nephew John Pottrell Jessopp in witness whereof I have set my hand to this my will the 19 day of January 1914 Signed by the above named Fanny Eliza Pottrell as her last will in the presence of us both being present at the same time who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses [ F E Pottrell] I Sidden Crook LRCP Land etc Clara Richardson Holmdale Highfield Road West Worthing
On the 21st day of April 1927 probate of this Will was granted at Lewes. Be it known that Fanny Eliza Pottrell of Wene Coopers End Takeley County of Essex Widow formerly of Holmdale Highfield Road Farring Worthing County of Sussex died on the 21 day of January 1927 at Wene Coopers end aforesaid. Probate was granted to John Pottrell Jessopp of Boscawen Horsham Road Hailsham County of Sussex Gentleman the nephew of the deceased one of the admons.
