In the matter of the charity called the church and town lands charity in the parish of Coton in the county of Cambridge
Sale of Lot 2 to Mr William Pottrell
The board of charity commissioners for England and Wales being satisfied by the representation of the trustees of the above mentioned charity and by a report from Messers Wentworth and son of Cambridge Land Surveyors that it will be avantageous to the said Charity to effect the sale of the hereditaments belonging thereto described in the Schedule hereunder written upon the terms hereinafter mentioned do upon the application of the said trustees hereby authorize them within six calendar months from the date of this order to sell the said hereditaments for not less than twenty pounds sterling being the highest price offered for the same at a sale thereof by public auction lately held by the said trustees with the approval of the same board to do and execute all proper acts and assurances for carrying the said sale into effect and to give a conclusive discharge to the purchaser for the same purchase money.
And the said Board do further direct that the said purchase money after the payment thereout of any proper expenses of the said trustees attending the said sale and of which an account shall have been submitted by them to and approved by the said board shall be held and applied by the said trustees in accordance with the further order of the said board
