NOTICE is hereby given, that all persons being creditors of or otherwise having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of Thomas Pottrell, formerly of Pelham Lodge, but late of Pheasant Hall, both in Furneaux Pelham, in the county of Herts, Gentleman (who died on the 8th day of August, 1885, and whose will was proved on the 14th day of December, 1885, in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice by Fanny Ann Porter, of Corney Bury, Buntingford, in the county of Herts aforesaid, Spinster, the executrix named in the said will, who for some time intermeddled in the personal estate of the said deceased, and died on the 12th day of January, 1886, leaving part thereof unadministered, whereupon letters of administration de bonis non, with the will annexed, of the personal estate of the said deceased, were granted by Her Majesty's High Court of Justice at the Principal Registry of the Probate Division thereof to Eliza Porter, of Corney Bury aforesaid, Spinster, on the 13th day of April, 1886, are hereby required to send in the particulars, in writing, of their Claims or demands to Messrs. Farrar and Farrar, of No. 2. Wardrobe-place, Doctors' Commons, in the City of London, the Solicitors for the said Eliza Porter, on or before the 9th day of August, 1886, after which date the said Eliza Porter will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which she shall then have had notice, and that she will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person or persons whomsoever of whose debt, claim, or demand she shall not then have had notice.
